2. CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS
Returned products must:
be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
be returned in original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation

The Company reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.
3. EXCLUSIONS FROM THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
customized or made-to-order products
products manufactured according to customer specifications
products that have been installed, connected, or used
sealed goods unsealed after delivery for hygiene or safety reasons
digital content once download or access has begun
services already fully performed with customer consent

4. RETURN PROCEDURE
To initiate a return, the customer must:
