RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU CONSUMERS)

In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers residing in the European Union have the right to withdraw from a purchase within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods, without providing any reason.

2. CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

Returned products must:

  • be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition

  • be returned in original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation

  • show no signs of use, damage, installation, or modification

The Company reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.


3. EXCLUSIONS FROM THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • customized or made-to-order products

  • products manufactured according to customer specifications

  • products that have been installed, connected, or used

  • sealed goods unsealed after delivery for hygiene or safety reasons

  • digital content once download or access has begun

  • services already fully performed with customer consent

These exclusions are in accordance with Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU.


4. RETURN PROCEDURE

To initiate a return, the customer must:

  2. Receive return instructions from the Company

  3. Ship the product within 14 days from the withdrawal notification

Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.


5. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

  • Return shipping costs are borne exclusively by the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect

  • The Company is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method.


6. REFUNDS

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • refunds will be issued using the original payment method

  • refunds will be processed within 14 days, subject to inspection

  • the Company may withhold reimbursement until goods are received

Original shipping costs are refunded only if required by mandatory law.


7. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

If a product is delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • photographic evidence may be required

  • the Company will assess and determine the appropriate resolution

The Company reserves the right to repair, replace, or refund, at its sole discretion, in accordance with applicable law.


8. DEPRECIATION OF VALUE

The customer is liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product.

The Company may deduct such depreciation from the refund amount.


9. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Unless required by law, the following are non-returnable:

  • clearance or sale items

  • products marked as “non-returnable”

  • gift cards or vouchers


10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for:

  • delays caused by carriers or third parties

  • indirect or consequential losses

  • improper installation or use by the customer


11. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

This Policy is governed by Greek law and applicable European Union law.

Jurisdiction lies with the courts of Athens, Greece, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
